You can now use a new fixed-price subtotal percentage option in Discount All rules. This lets you set a fixed price based on the order subtotal percentage. For example, if the order subtotal is $100 and you set 20%, the target fixed value becomes $20.

• Shipping discounts — set shipping methods to a fixed value based on subtotal percentage

• Order discounts — apply an order-level discount to target a subtotal-percentage-based amount

• Product discounts — set selected product prices using a subtotal-percentage-based fixed value
